Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Operations Leadership, or Delivery Management.
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformations or vendor transitions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service delivery organizations.
• Knowledge of governance, reporting, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of print and mail operations to a strategic third-party vendor.
• Develop a transition roadmap with timelines, milestones, and risk management.
• Coordinate facility shutdown activities with minimal disruption.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer communications from core banking systems.
