Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to translate ambiguous concepts into enterprise-scale AI products, overseeing the lifecycle of speech and language understanding models and AI infrastructure.

You will drive end-to-end AI feature delivery, define metrics to measure impact, advance AI practices in development, and present strategic initiatives to executives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML research and platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, speech, LLMs, MLOps, data platforms, and AI infrastructure.
• Ability to engage with engineering teams and provide guidance on concepts.
• Experience defining and implementing KPIs/OKRs to measure platform success.
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time processing.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI and product teams for Voice AI.
• Define and implement metrics to link AI model performance to customer outcomes.
• Advance AI/ML practices in the software development lifecycle and report impact.
• Design and maintain executive dashboard tracking AI metrics, efficiency, and goals.
• Communicate strategy and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead highly ambiguous initiatives from discovery to scoped handoff to PdM.
