Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML projects.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, speech, LLMs, MLOps, data platforms.
- Ability to define metrics frameworks (KPIs/OKRs) to drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication and leadership across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused with experience in safety-focused software.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI org and product teams.
- Develop AI impact trackers and baselines linking model performance to outcomes.
- Drive AI/ML adoption within software development lifecycle.
- Design dashboards tracking AI metrics and engineering efficiency.
- Communicate roadmap and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Define and scope emergent strategic initiatives.
