Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Voice AI to lead enterprise-scale AI products and platforms. You will own strategy, lifecycle, and adoption of speech and language models, ASR, TTS, translation, LLMs, and AI infrastructure across teams.

Based in the United States, you will drive measurable customer outcomes, build executive dashboards, and ensure alignment with stakeholders while guiding emergent initiatives to conception and transition to PdMs as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise AI strategy.
• Experience with speech, language models, and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI org and product teams.
• Define and track AI performance metrics and customer outcomes.
• Lead initiatives to integrate AI/ML into SDLC and measure impact.
