Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager - Voice AI to turn ambiguous ideas into enterprise AI products. You will drive strategy, manage AI model lifecycles, and build cloud/edge AI platforms used by product teams to deliver measurable value.

We value deep AI/ML knowledge, experience with ASR/LLMs, and strong leadership. The role requires coordinating across teams, defining KPIs, and delivering improvements for safety-critical systems.

Formación

• 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• Hands-on ML/AI experience, preferably in speech or language technologies.
• Proven ability to define metrics frameworks (KPIs/OKRs) and drive outcomes.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across product and engineering teams.
• Experience with emergent initiatives and discovery for ambiguous concepts.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End AI Feature Delivery: Drive and coordinate AI features across central AI org and product teams to deliver value for customers.
• AI Impact Tracker & Baseline: Define and measure AI model performance and customer outcomes, baseline impact, drive improvement.
• AI for Developer Practices: Integrate AI/ML into the software lifecycle, track adoption, share best practices, improve velocity and quality.
• Organizational Performance Management: Design and maintain a high-value executive dashboard with AI impact and efficiency metrics.
• Cross-Functional Alignment & Impact Communication: Lead transparency with partner teams, present AI metrics, communicate initiatives.
• Emergent Strategic Initiatives: Define and scope highly ambiguous projects, conduct early discovery, transition to PdM when needed.
