Job summary
Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Sourcer for the Strategic Workforce Acceleration Team. This remote role focuses on delivering high-impact sourcing for executive, niche, and surge hiring across engineering, IT, and corporate functions.
You will collaborate with leadership, TA Partners, and HRBPs to influence hiring strategies and provide market intelligence. You will guide a small, agile SWAT team, mentor peers, and lead initiatives using Boolean and market
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or sourcing.
- 4+ years focused on specialized, technical, or executive-level recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and deliver top talent across disciplines.
- Build and maintain talent maps and industry research to support searches and workforce planning.
- Partner with executives and leaders to understand evolving hiring needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.
- Drive innovation in sourcing through automation and new recruiting technologies.
