Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in sourcing, deep industry knowledge in construction/engineering, and a track record of engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in talent acquisition sourcing with 5+ years in strategic sourcing for leadership roles
- Experience sourcing in construction, engineering, or skilled trades for a large enterprise
- Proven track record identifying, engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Certifications like AIRS or LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies for executive and technical roles
- Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to inform sourcing strategy
- Mentor junior sourcers and recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
- Build pipelines of passive candidates for future needs
- Partner with senior hiring managers and HR BPs to align sourcing with business objectives
- Use analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and ROI
- Enhance employer brand and candidate experience in sourcing
- Advise internal stakeholders on market trends and compensation insights
- Experiment with new sourcing technologies to expand reach
