Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and attract top talent for critical roles across the national electrical construction footprint. You will build robust pipelines, advise leadership, and elevate the employer brand through innovative sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive talent acquisition sourcing experience, 5+ years in strategic sourcing for leadership roles.
• Experience sourcing in construction, engineering, or skilled trades for large enterprises.
• Proven track record of engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced, multi-channel sourcing strategies for executive, leadership, and specialized roles across Rosendin's national footprint.
• Conduct market intelligence research, competitive analysis, and talent mapping to inform proactive sourcing.
• Mentor junior sourcers and recruiters in advanced sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for future needs.
• Partner with senior hiring managers to align sourcing with business objectives.
• Use data analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and ROI; optimize strategies.
• Lead initiatives to enhance Rosendin's employer brand and candidate experience in sourcing.
• Advise internal stakeholders on market trends, compensation insights, and candidate availability.
• Experiment with new sourcing tech and platforms to expand reach and efficiency.
