Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Sourcer for the Strategic Workforce Acceleration Team. This remote role reports to the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition and focuses on high-priority searches across corporate, engineering, IT, and construction disciplines.

You will lead market mapping, create talent maps, and provide insights to enable faster, higher-quality hires. This role requires senior-level sourcing expertise and the ability to influence leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or sourcing.
• 4+ years focused on specialized, technical, or executive-level recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and deliver top talent across disciplines.
• Serve as a first responder for critical or hard-to-fill searches across the enterprise, including executive, niche, or volume hiring priorities.
• Own full-cycle sourcing execution, from research and outreach to screening and candidate presentation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and TA Leadership to assess talent needs and influence hiring strategies.
