RTX invites applications for a Program Cost Control Analyst EBA to support EV/financial analysis, EAC/LRE development, and cost reporting across Engineering Product Teams. You will collaborate with Control Account Managers and Program leads to ensure accurate budgeting and timely variance reporting.

The role emphasizes EVMS processes, IMS, and PMX reporting, requiring a self-sufficient, team-oriented candidate with a strong foundation in SAP/APEX and MS Office.

Formación

• University Degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years with advanced degree.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite is essential.
• Experience with SAP and/or APEX and similar financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support EV/MS cost analysis, budget baseline, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
• Contribute to monthly Earned Value Management inputs and BCRs to drive predictable results.
