RTX, the world’s leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Program Cost Control EBA (Grade P4) to support EVMS-based cost and schedule analysis. You will collaborate with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads to drive predictable results.

The role emphasizes EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and EVA/PMX reporting using SAP and IMS tools. Hybrid onsite/offsite work is expected, with citizenship requirements noted.

Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent experience with relevant finance background.
• Advanced degree in a related field adds qualification value.
• Experience with SAP/APEX/IMS/PMX financial systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly and LREs monthly with cost/risk inputs.
• Perform detailed EV/financial analysis to budget baselines and variances.
• Prepare forecasts and monitor actual costs against plans.
