Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Control EBA to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads with Earned Value Management inputs, reporting, and analysis. The role focuses on cost control and schedule using EVMS processes and SAP/APEX tools.

Responsibilities include developing EACs, LREs, and variance analysis, coordinating with program leads, and preparing reports to drive predictable outcomes. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar business systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS inputs, EACs and LRE development on a quarterly/monthly basis.
• Perform earned value and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans.
