Job summary
Ladders in the Enterprise Technology space is seeking a Principal Pricing and Monetization Manager to shape pricing and packaging strategies that drive revenue growth and long-term monetization. This remote role is open to US-based candidates only.
You will partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate market dynamics, interpret competitive pricing, and translate complex analysis into actionable decisions. Strong leadership on high-impact initiatives is essential.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in pricing strategy roles.
- 5+ years in telecom, SaaS, or PaaS industries.
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects with measurable impact.
- Strong ability to translate pricing concepts for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business field, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies to drive revenue and margin growth.
- Collaborate with Product teams to align strategies and share pricing insights.
- Analyze complex datasets to inform pricing decisions.
- Lead monetization initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on pricing initiatives.
