Job summary

Procore is seeking a Pricing Strategy Analyst to join the Corporate Strategy team. You will act as the data and analytics engine behind pricing, packaging, and monetization, turning transaction, sales, and product data into strategic signals. Remote in the US with immediate start.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to analyze market pricing, build visibility, and inform pricing decisions. Strong problem-solving and executive communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in pricing, monetization, strategy, analytics, FP&A, or consulting; 2+ years in pricing/monetization at a top-tier firm.
• Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems into analytical frameworks and present to senior audiences.
• Experience leading projects from analysis to recommendation with multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; SQL querying; BI reporting with Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and packaging initiatives from hypothesis to recommendation with cross-functional teams.
• Build and stress-test business cases behind pricing decisions (segment performance, ARR impact, monetization sizing).
• Analyze transaction, bookings, discounts, and product data to identify commercial signals and root causes of underperformance.
• Design and run market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay research, including win/loss and price elasticity analyses.
• Build and maintain pricing reporting dashboards for visibility into performance with data teams.
