Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Network Engineering, Consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience designing, architecting, and delivering large-scale Data Center, WAN, Cloud, AI Infrastructure, and Service Provider networking solutions.
• Deep expertise in modern data center architectures (EVPN/VXLAN, spine-leaf/Clos, underlay/overlay).
• Strong routing/transport knowledge (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, SR-MPLS/SRv6).
• Experience with WAN architectures, cloud connectivity, and AI/cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with networking platforms (HPE Networking, Juniper) and open networking concepts (disaggregation, SONiC).
• Experience with SONiC/open networking ecosystems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and account teams throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, develop account strategies, and identify business opportunities.
• Design and position data center, WAN, cloud, AI infrastructure, and open networking solutions addressing customer challenges.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and PoC engagements.
• Develop solution architectures, migration plans, and BOMs for various environments.
• Own and deliver technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs with competitive proposals.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders including executives and engineers.
• Advise on data center modernization, AI networking architectures, cloud connectivity, and open networking adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partners to advocate for customer requirements and drive outcomes.
• Maintain expertise in industry trends and share knowledge through presentations and mentoring.
