Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) required.
• 3+ years of Health Plan, Pharmacy, or PBM experience.
• 3+ years of Account Management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% nationally.
• Able to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Act as outward facing resource for assigned accounts with daily interactions with clients, consultants, brokers and leaders.
• Manage day-to-day operational functions of multiple customers (Implementation/onboarding, escalations, benefit design, program implementation).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to represent clients internally and to external entities.
• Coordinate with multiple operational teams in a matrix organization to ensure quality service delivery.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Investigate and find answers to client issues.
• Travel nationally up to 25% as needed.
