Job summary

ABB E-mobility is seeking a Pricing Specialist for the Global Pricing team, based in North America. You will bridge Pricing, Sales, Finance and Product to improve price realization and governance across a complex B2B base.

You will analyze price and margin drivers, build actionable insights, and support global pricing strategies. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and close stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pricing or commercial analytics experience.
• Experience in a complex B2B environment.
• Advanced Excel modelling and Power BI experience.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with pricing governance and commercial data tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing performance, profitability, margin, volume and mix to identify drivers and opportunities.
• Generate actionable commercial insights and recommendations to support decisions.
• Monitor pricing KPIs and develop dashboards to track pricing effectiveness.
• Identify pricing trends, gaps and opportunities across products, customers, channels and regions.
• Support execution of global pricing strategies, frameworks and governance processes.
• Manage pricing structures including list prices, discount models and guardrails.
• Analyze discounting behavior and pricing exceptions to improve realization.
• Build financial models to support pricing decisions and business cases.
• Evaluate pricing opportunities considering costs, margins and customer value.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and Product to translate strategies into actions.
• Provide analytical support for customer-specific pricing decisions and agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing tools and processes.
