Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior pricing and monetization leader to shape promotional offers across cloud, AI-enabled, and digital products. You will develop scalable monetization frameworks, guide marketing motions, and influence cross-functional strategy to drive long-term monetization success.

In this strategic role, you will test ideas, measure outcomes, and push for ideas to become ongoing business activities, partnering with product, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in pricing or monetization strategy for cloud/SaaS/AI products.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations; can influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional pricing strategy, rate design, marketing coordination, governance.
• Develop scalable, repeatable motions for testing and iteration of offers.
• Align pricing with customer value, usage, outcomes, product strategy, and growth.
• Identify new revenue opportunities that maximize network value.
• Build financial models and evaluate unit economics, margins, and customer behavior.
• Use analytics and cohort modeling to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing to translate capabilities into offers.
• Advise stakeholders on tradeoffs, risks, and best practices for cloud/AI monetization.
• Present executive-ready business cases linking pricing to value and growth.
