Job summary

Lumen seeks a senior pricing and monetization leader to shape offers across cloud, AI, and digital portfolios. You will own monetization frameworks, guide marketing motions, and influence cross-functional strategy with a focus on measuring impact and scalability.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing to translate capabilities into compelling, revenue-driving offers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing pricing strategies including usage metering, rate structures, and unit economics.
• Six+ years in pricing, monetization, financial analysis, product analytics, cloud economics, or commercial strategy.
• Experience pricing or monetization for cloud platforms, SaaS, AI-enabled products, APIs, or digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional pricing strategy, rate design, marketing coordination, communication and governance.
• Develop scalable and repeatable motions that can be tested and evolved over time.
• Align pricing architecture with customer value, usage, outcomes, product strategy, and growth.
