Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide labor compliance on utility-scale solar and related projects. This role requires deep expertise in prevailing wage regulations, contractor oversight, and multi-project coordination.

The position is fully remote with potential travel to SOLV Energy offices or sites. The incumbent will ensure regulatory adherence, manage complex classifications, and respond to government inquiries with senior leadership

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
Experience leading or supervising compliance professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide national labor compliance leadership across multiple projects and contractors.
Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal and subcontractor work.
Review and audit DOL classifications to ensure federal/state/local compliance.
Interpret wage determinations, fringe benefits, apprenticeship utilization, and PLA/Tri-Trade/Two-Trade Compliance.
Coordinate with clients, audits, and regulators; ensure audit readiness.
