Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to provide national labor compliance leadership for federal, state, and local wage laws on utility-scale solar projects. The role requires independent judgment, audit readiness, and accountability across all projects and contractors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field and labor compliance expertise.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience in lead/supervisory roles guiding other compliance professionals.
• Strong knowledge of DBRA, DOL and public works requirements.
• Proven expertise in certified payroll auditing and risk assessment.
• Experience coordinating across multiple projects and regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across regions for multiple projects.
• Independently manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal self-perform work and subcontractors.
• Review and audit DOL classification requests and related docs.
• Interpret wage determinations, fringe benefits, apprenticeships and PLA/Two-Trade agreements.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments, address findings and corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison for audits with clients, government agencies and senior leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on wage laws and enforcement trends.
