Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service required (prescription assistance a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent communication with patients, providers, and pharmacies.

Responsibilities

• Enroll patients in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility.
• Confirm prescription coverage and manage approval for eligible medications.
• Manage copayments, coinsurance, and additional copay assistance when applicable.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to apply benefits during prescription filling and ensure reduced costs.
