You will enroll patients, verify eligibility, confirm coverage with insurers, and coordinate with participating pharmacies to apply benefits at the point of prescription fulfillment.

This remote position rewards clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and timely processing of claims.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service.
• Attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, healthcare providers and pharmacies.
• Passion for helping others and improving healthcare access.
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Patient Enrollment & Eligibility: Assist patients with enrolling in the program and verify eligibility.
• Prescription Coverage: Confirm medications are covered and manage the approval process.
• Cost-Sharing & Payment: Apply program benefits, manage copays and coinsurance.
• Prescription Fulfillment: Coordinate with pharmacies to apply benefits during filling.
• Refills & Continued Use: Support continued eligibility and adherence.
• Program Renewal & Updates: Guide patients through annual renewals and inform updates.
