Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service required (prescription assistance program experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrollment and eligibility verification for the Prescription Payment Plan.
• Help patients confirm prescription coverage and manage approval for eligible medications.
• Apply program benefits to reduce out-of-pocket costs and assist with copay/coinsurance.
