Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer—Endpoint to serve as a customer-facing security expert. You will drive security engagements, understand endpoint protection technologies, and develop new service offerings.

This remote role may report to the Austin office as needed, with travel up to 20% for customer meetings and events. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical cybersecurity, strong endpoint security knowledge (EDR/EPP/XDR), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with endpoint security technologies (EDR, EPP, XDR) and related controls.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, HITRUST).
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs and security engineers to align security solutions with customer goals.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity offerings and technologies through trainings and workshops.
• Develop collateral and use cases in the SHI lab to support security engagements.
• Create and present compelling security service offerings and solutions to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and technologies to drive opportunities.
