Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to lead the technical aspects of the sales lifecycle, designing end-to-end solutions across our public safety portfolio including CAD/RMS and CommandCentral. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to craft proposals and ensure seamless deployment, with strong emphasis on security and cloud migration strategies.

The role requires 4+ years in relevant fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Sales, Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• 4+ years in Sales, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Systems Integration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud applications and architecture; migrations from on-prem to SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead across the sales lifecycle from qualification through contract.
• Engage stakeholders to understand the PremierOne CAD/RMS and CommandCentral product portfolio.
• Define end-to-end solutions using the product portfolio and third-party elements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, costs, and document solution details.
• Develop consistent RFPs, proposals, and quotations.
