Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to lead the technical design across the sales life-cycle for public safety products, including CAD/RMS and CommandCentral. You will define architectures, interfaces, and engineering drawings while aligning with customer requirements and deployment plans.

Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams, you will own risk mitigation, cost capture, and solution documentation, and present compelling technical proposals to diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Sales, Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Systems Integration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud applications and architecture, including migrations to SaaS.
• Solid IP networking, protocols and security understanding.
• Technical understanding of solution infrastructure and interfaces for CAD/RMS/CM
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead across the sales lifecycle from qualification through deployment.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand CAD/RMS and CommandCentral product portfolio.
• Collaborate with customers and sales to understand customer needs and translate into designs.
• Craft end-to-end solutions using product portfolio and third-party elements.
• Identify, mitigate, and document technical risks and costs, and create solution documentation.
• Develop consistent RFPs, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain strong presentation skills for diverse audiences and environments.
