Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to lead technical aspects across the sales lifecycle, focusing on CAD/RMS, CommandCentral, and analytics. You will design end-to-end, customer-driven solutions using our product portfolio and select third-party components.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams nationwide, own interface designs, risk mitigation, and solution costs, while communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Sales, Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Systems Integration.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in one of the listed areas.
• Experience with cloud migrations and regulated industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of IP networking, protocols and security is desirable.
• Understanding of CAD/RMS/911-like systems and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead across the sales life-cycle from qualification to contract.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand PremierOne CAD/RMS and CommandCentral products.
• Work with customers and sales teams to understand customer needs.
• Craft end-to-end solutions using product portfolio and third-party elements.
• Identify, mitigate, and document technical risks and costs; create solution docs.
• Develop consistent RFPs, proposals, and quoting with clear documentation.
• Customer-facing with strong presentation skills and collaboration.
