Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Presales Solutions Architect to lead the technical design of customer proposals across the PremierOne CAD/RMS and CommandCentral portfolio. You will own architecture, interface designs, drawings and risk mitigation for nationwide opportunities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product teams to craft end-to-end solutions, develop labor models and ensure customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in Sales, Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Systems Integration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and migrations from on-prem to SaaS in regulated environments.
• Solid IP networking, security, and interface knowledge for CAD/RMS and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead throughout the sales lifecycle, from qualification to contract and transition to implementation.
• Engage stakeholders to understand CAD/RMS and CommandCentral portfolios and upcoming features.
• Craft end-to-end solutions using product portfolio and third-party elements; own technical designs and interfaces.
• Identify, mitigate and document technical risks; capture costs and create solution documentation.
• Develop a consistent approach to RFPs, proposals and quoting with clear, repeatable processes.
• Maintain strong presentation skills and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
