Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Principal Solution Architect to support the GSI business in the U.S., focusing on observability and Hybrid Cloud. This presales role requires deep technical depth, consultative selling, and leadership in architecture discussions with customers and partners.

You will engage across enterprise observability platforms and cloud management solutions, guiding opportunities from qualification to proposal while working with distributed teams in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 12+ years of technical experience in enterprise infra, cloud, networking or solution architecture.
• 4+ years of experience with Global System Integrators (GSIs).
• Presales or solution-selling experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with enterprise observability technologies and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to GSIs, customers, sales teams and partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead architecture discussions, solution design workshops and proofs-of-concept.
• Architect solutions focusing on enterprise observability and Cloud Operations across multi-cloud environments.
• Support solution architectures spanning observability, hybrid/multi-cloud and software-defined networking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive customer solutions.
