Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to lead technical architecture across the PremierOne CAD/RMS and CommandCentral portfolio. You will translate customer needs into end-to-end solutions, work with Sales, Engineering and Product teams, and own interface designs and risk mitigation.

The role is customer-facing with strong presentation skills, requires 4+ years in Sales/Engineering/Solutions Architecture or Systems Integration, and offers base salary in the $110k–$140k

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Sales, Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Systems Integration.
• 4+ years in one of Sales, Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Systems Integration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud applications and architecture, including migrations from on-prem to SaaS (preferably in a highly regulated industry).
• Strong general knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols and security is highly desirable.
• Technical understanding of the solution infrastructure and interfaces for CAD/RMS, 911, and analytics.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead supporting the sales lifecycle from qualification through contract and transition to the implementation team.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand the PremierOne CAD/RMS and CommandCentral portfolio and upcoming features.
• Work with customers and sales teams to understand customer needs and craft end-to-end solutions.
• Own technical and interface designs and document solution costs and risks.
• Develop consistent proposals, drawings, and documentation for deployments.
