Job summary

Armor is seeking a highly skilled presales Solution Consultant to guide customers toward resilient, compliant cloud and MDR solutions. You will engage with prospects and partners, translate requirements into actionable architectures, and support onboarding to ensure promised outcomes are achieved.

This remote US role prefers Dallas-based candidates and offers opportunities to lead security discussions, present solutions, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Cloud or Security Sales Engineering / Solution Consulting.
• Strong cloud expertise across public and private clouds.
• Hands-on presales experience with MDR / managed security.
• Strong cybersecurity and compliance knowledge.
• Strong customer-facing presales skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with sales prospects and customers as a technical expert.
• Translate customer requirements into Armor solutions and services.
• Provide technical leadership on security, compliance, and risk management.
• Document solutions for RFPs, proposals, SOWs or other documentation.
• Partner with Armor prospects and customers to show why Armor delivers superior outcomes.
