Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to act as a customer-facing security expert, delivering consultative guidance on endpoint protection projects and developing new security service offerings.

You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and security teams, stay current on technologies, and create collateral and use cases to support sales engagements from SHI labs across the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certifications in CISSP, GIAC, CCSP, or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen client relationships.
• Understand SHI's security offerings by training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies.
• Stay current on trends, market landscape and new technologies.
• Develop collateral to assist cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements.
