Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to design and implement security operations solutions for customers.

You will be the subject-matter expert on SIEM platform engineering, including log onboarding, rule development, and integration with SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intel, and ticketing. You will collaborate with sales to understand client goals, deliver compelling demonstrations, and help shape security services offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Approximately 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing security expert for SIEM/SecOps solutions.
• Collaborate with account teams to assess cybersecurity needs and solutions.
• Develop and deliver security service offerings and collateral.
• Present demos and articulate value to diverse audiences.
• Maintain accurate documentation and network diagrams.
