Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to design and implement advanced security operations solutions.

The role focuses on SIEM engineering, log onboarding, detection, content management, tuning, and integration with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and related security services. The candidate will present, educate sales teams, and develop collateral while collaborating with executives and engineers to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• ~5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events.

Responsibilities

• Explain security solutions to customers and tailor deployments.
• Deliver demos of security operations products.
• Develop collateral and train sales teams on cybersecurity offerings.
• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs and engineers to understand customer needs.
• Maintain accurate security diagrams and documentation.
