Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to be a customer-facing security expert who helps customers design and implement effective security operations solutions.

This role requires strong understanding of SIEM and SecOps technologies and how they support business and security goals. As a subject matter expert in SIEM platform engineering, you will onboard log sources, develop detections, manage content, and tune performance while integrating with SOAR,

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3-5 years in a similar Pre-Sales / Solutions role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Engage with CIO/CSO/CISO, Security Engineers, and procurement to align goals and strengthen relationships.
• Understand SHI’s service offerings across solution practice areas through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on new technology trends and the industry landscape by studying market trends.
• Develop collateral and use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements.
