SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer - Endpoint to act as a customer-facing security expert. The role requires a consultative approach to security projects and a holistic view of how security tech enables business.

The position is remote but must reside in the US Northeast region for business needs. Travel to client locations is up to 20%, and the OTE ranges from $120,000 to $230,000 with potential benefits including medical, vision, dental, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
• Security certifications preferred (CISSP, GIAC, CCSP, etc.).
• Extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Understand SHI’s service offerings by attending training and expanding knowledge.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling.
• Engage in lab facilities to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Present engaging presentations tailored to audience, context, and medium.
• Detail-oriented: manage complex tasks, identify errors, ensure quality.
• Coordinate multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
• Communicate and sell complex technical products by understanding customer needs.
