Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Network Specialist for Commercial sales teams. This remote role must reside in the St.

Louis, MO area and will support high-volume network opportunities, qualify solutions, scope them, and help close deals. The candidate will join customer calls, build pipelines, and produce quotes in CCW. You will lead repeatable plays (Meraki, SD-WAN, SASE) and coordinate with Architects for complex deals, while coaching reps and maintaining CRM visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years working with Cisco networking in a sales, presales or technical role.
• Willingness to travel to SHI, partner and customer events - up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Account Executives across a high volume of network opportunities.
• Join customer calls to uncover network needs and refresh opportunities.
• Help reps build pipeline through campaigns and reviews.
• Build quotes and configurations mainly in Cisco CCW.
• Lead repeatable plays like Meraki, SD-WAN, wireless refresh, switching refresh, SASE and secure access.
• Use OEM programs and promotions to improve win rates and margin.
• Escalate larger or more complex opportunities to Architects and Enterprise Engineers.
• Coach reps through 1x1 sessions and team huddles on network basics and positioning.
• Track pipeline and activity in CRM and report against targets.
• Represent SHI at partner and customer events.
