Ladders is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer - Network to join our team. You will partner with account teams to assess customer network environments and shape tailored infrastructure solutions that support client objectives.
You will serve as a trusted technical advisor in the sales process, educating on network technologies, solution options, and business value while enabling the sales organization and strengthening partner relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with Cisco networking products.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Familiarity with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
- Advanced certifications such as CCIE or CCNP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account teams to assess customer network environments.
- Strengthen relationships with OEMs and strategic partners.
- Educate sales teams on network solution selling and technologies.
- Conduct product training for sales teams and customers.
- Design tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Manage the solution practice pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted IT advisor for clients at various organizational levels.
