Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer - Network to partner with sales and account teams and translate complex networking requirements into tailored infrastructure recommendations. You will support solution positioning and drive pipeline progression across enterprise prospects.

The role involves building trusted relationships with customers, OEMs, and partners, while enabling field teams through training and technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products.
• Strong knowledge of technical network solutions including LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN.
• Expertise with products from vendors like Aruba, Juniper, and HPE.
• Experience with software-defined networking technologies.
• Advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or JNCIE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess customer network maturity.
• Strengthen technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners.
• Educate sales teams on network solution selling and technologies.
• Conduct product training for sales teams and customers.
• Design tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Manage the solution practice pipeline and develop strategies for prospects.
• Engage with CIOs and IT Directors for comprehensive account management.
