Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
- Experience with complex Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security and Network sales opportunities.
- 3 years of coaching/development experience.
- Willingness to travel about 35%.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Engineers, Architects, and Specialists to deliver optimal solutions.
- Coach, train, and develop Solutions Engineers for sales readiness.
- Participate in customer meetings to advance deals and close revenue.
- Collaborate with sales to articulate technical value and drive outcomes.
- Monitor performance and provide actionable feedback while recognizing achievement.
