SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager of Presales Engineering to coach and develop a team of engineers, architects, and specialists. You will participate in customer meetings to advance deals and close them with the group.

These remote roles must reside in designated US regions (West/Northwest, Northeast, DMV, Southeast, Texas) and require travel (about 35%). You will mentor the team, collaborate with sales, and drive enterprise-scale technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and Network sales opportunities.
• Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.

Responsabilités

• Engage with CIO/CTO and IT leaders to sell and build relationships.
• Collaborate with sales to close deals by addressing the technical side of solutions.
• Engage with partners and customers to establish market credibility.
• Train the sales team on solution positioning and enterprise needs.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable feedback to drive results.
