Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to consult with customers and internal teams, designing and articulating security solutions that align with business goals across hybrid and cloud environments.

You will lead technical discovery, assess architectures, and craft scalable proposals while enabling sales with strong presentations and documentation. The role emphasizes deep expertise in CNAPP and cloud security, with experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Broad understanding of enterprise Cloud environments and securing hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as identity, network security, endpoint protection, data protection, and security operations.
• Experience supporting sales teams in a VAR, systems integrator, or technology provider environment.
• Strong presentation skills, including live or virtual demonstrations.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and passion for technology.
• Strong documentation skills, including system and network diagrams and customer-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals, security challenges, and technology environments.
• Assess customer security architectures and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and recommend scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer requirements and best practices.
• Provide technical enablement and security-focused training to internal sales teams.
• Present engaging presentations and adapt content to audience and medium.
• Manage complex tasks or projects, ensuring high quality and accurate details.
• Build and nurture relationships to expand networks and collaborations.
