Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer - Cloud Security to join our team. You will partner with prospective customers to translate security challenges into tailored cloud security solutions and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

You will lead discovery sessions, design scalable cloud security architectures, and support demos and briefings for technical and executive audiences in a fast-moving presales environment. Remote US-based.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Experience with security frameworks like NIST, CIS, and HITRUST.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance and security solutions, including CNAPP and CIEM.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for technical content.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals and security challenges.
• Assess customer security architectures to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design scalable cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Present security solutions and value propositions to technical and executive audiences.
• Support product demos, technical briefings, and collaborate on technology validations.
