Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager (West) to own strategic CX across cloud security engagements. You’ll partner with sales, support, success and product teams to strengthen adoption, trust, and long-term relationships while guiding executive-level conversations.

Remote, US-based candidates only. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $151,000 annually, with a focus on driving customer outcomes and removing adoption blockers on security initiatives.

Qualifications

6+ years in customer-facing strategic roles such as CSM or AE.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
Ability to quickly learn offerings and pricing.
Experience with Fortune 100 companies in cloud-based tech preferred.
Entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset with security SaaS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Own cloud security projects across sales, support, success, and product teams.
Influence stakeholders and communicate security best practices during projects.
Understand customer business vision with focus on cloud security needs.
Build relationships from technical staff to C-level executives to foster trust.
Promote value and drive adoption of secure solutions.
