Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an ASG Presales Solutions Engineer – Identity to partner with account teams and assess customer cybersecurity needs. The role requires a customer-facing, security‑savvy expert who can translate complex identity technologies into valuable business outcomes.

You will deliver new security services offerings, train sales teams, and stay current on threats and market trends while supporting engagements from SHI labs and field offices in the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Deep technical identity governance knowledge (IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, CIAM, CLM, PKI).
• Excellent presentation skills with demos of identity security solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, organization and follow-up.
• Initiative to research and resolve problems with a positive attitude.
• Strong relationship-building with technology passion.
• Documentation skills including diagrams and presentations.
• Knowledge of NIST, HITRUST, CIS frameworks.
• Expert security knowledge; relevant certifications (CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP/CCIE Security)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate and understand customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Collaborate with multiple layers of contacts within client organizations (CIO, CSO, CISO, Security Engineers, procurement) to strengthen relationships and understand goals.
• Understand SHI's service offerings across solution practice areas through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1s, team sessions, and company training.
• Stay current on new technology, trends, and market behavior by studying industry landscape.
• Engage in self-study and lab work to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to assist cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Create use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements.
