Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an ASG Presales Solutions Engineer - Identity to collaborate with account teams and assess customer cybersecurity needs. This remote role requires residency in the Northeast US and focuses on cloud security expertise and governance across IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, and PKI.

You will develop new security services, educate sales teams, and stay ahead of market trends while supporting SHI’s lab use cases and collateral development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years in a similar cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, PKI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner and Customer events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess customer cybersecurity needs.
• Be a customer-facing cloud security expert for Identity solutions.
• Develop and deliver new security services offerings.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling.
• Stay current on technology trends and market landscape.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support engagements.
