Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an ASG Presales Solutions Engineer- Identity to collaborate with account teams, assess customer cybersecurity needs, and deliver security services offerings. This is a remote position based in the Northeast region of the US as required for business needs.

You will be a customer-facing cloud security expert, helping sales teams with cybersecurity solution selling, and developing collateral and use cases to support engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, CIAM, CLM and PKI controls.
• Excellent presentation skills, including running demos on identity security solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Initiative to research and resolve problems with a positive attitude.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role; 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate and understand customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Collaborate with multiple layers of contacts within client organizations to strengthen relationships.
• Understand SHI's services offerings by attending training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through training sessions.
• Stay current on market trends and industry landscape.
• Engage in lab work to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements.
