Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an ASG Presales Solutions Engineer - Identity to work with account teams and assess customer cybersecurity needs.

You will be a customer-facing cloud security expert, taking a consultative approach to security projects and developing new security services offerings. This remote role resides in the Northeast region of the US, aligning with business needs and SHI management.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, CIAM, CLM, and PKI controls.
• Excellent presentation and demo skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up.
• Initiative to research and resolve problems with a positive attitude.
• Relationship-building with a passion for technology.
• Documentation of system and network diagrams and presentations.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, and CIS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer cybersecurity needs.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies.
• Stay current on new technology trends and market behavior.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support sales engagements.
