Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd, a US-based consulting firm, is hiring a Junior Presales to support requirement gathering, solution proposals, and product demos in a remote setting.

You will work with Sales, Delivery and Product teams to analyze client needs, create BRDs, use cases and solution documents, and assist in POC activities. 1–3 years of presales or BA exposure preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities along with Presales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Business Analysis concepts and documentation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio/drawing tools.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client business requirements.
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering and discovery calls with prospects.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps when required.
• Support product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen solution positioning.
• Assist in estimating project scope, effort, and timelines.
• Maintain sales collateral, case studies, and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.
